Course enrolments, entry into qualifications and admission:

AICM’s student selection and enrolment process is free from bias, non-discriminatory and the same for all applicants.

The AICM Learning Course Guide, AICM website, Course Outlines and other course information provided prior to enrolment will provide the individual with detailed information on course suitability, the entry requirements, language, literacy and numeracy required levels, course structure, delivery methods, assessment methods, language, and the level of support they may expect.  

To enrol in a nationally recognised course with the AICM you must be at least 18 years of age and meet the following criteria:

• language, literacy and numeracy requirements (must be met prior to enrolment)
• You will be notified if you do/do not meet the LLN prerequisite at the beginning of the enrolment process. If you do not meet the LLN requirements, you will not be able to complete your online enrolment and a member of the AICM team will contact you to discuss your options.
• Where the individual is not deemed suitable for enrolment, the application will be denied, and the reasons will be provided to the individual in writing.

All individuals will be required to sign an Enrolment Form upon enrolment to show acceptance of AICM’s Enrolment Terms and Conditions.

If an enrolment application is successful, the individual will be provided with a Confirmation of Enrolment Email with details of the course they have been enrolled into start date, expected completion date, and login details for the AICM Learning portal. This is followed by am email from our trainer outlining the requirements for the course and an introduction.
